Central Gym in Budapest, located at Kálmán Imre street 15, District V, offers individual and group training sessions for all those who are interested and want to exercise!
We mainly focus on self-defense, combat sports and fitness training, but we also offer many forms of exercise and rehabilitation activities:

- - Kettlebell, bodyweight workout, TRX
Our gym is fully equipped, including equipment for martial arts and fitness training - such as kettlebells and TRX: rubber and skipping ropes, punching bags, equipment for developing speed and reflexes, and protective equipment. We provide the opportunity to change clothes, our changing rooms are equipped with lockers and showers.

Active martial arts have been an everyday part of my life for ten years now. I started with boxing, and then I practiced Thai box for four years. I have tried several martial arts, while a friend introduced me to the Krav maga. The philosophy of Krav maga immediately captivated me and I knew that I wanted to do with this sport in the future. A lot of training, learning and perseverance brought the long-awaited result: I successfully passed the instructor exam and the Expert 1 level so that I could introduce this self-defense system to others.

Martial arts have been close to me since I was a child, because I have 2 older brothers. I got acquainted with boxing in 2012 (my first amateur match was in 2016) and at the same time with Krav Maga. The simplicity, transparency, and learnability of Krav Maga caught my attention. From then on, most of my free time was occupied by Krav Maga and in 2016 I became an instructor. In 2019, I obtained the Children's Educator qualification. For me, it is no longer just a sport, a self-defense system, it has now become a passion. I continue to educate myself to this day.

I have been involved in sports education in several sports since 2002. As a Kettlebell (SFG) instructor, I have been doing training sessions since 2011, during which my goal is not only for my guests to move confidently and gain toned muscles, but as a sports coach, I also strive to create a cohesive, mutually motivating team during the good atmosphere classes. My short but intensive classes can easily be fitted into the daily rush. As a beginner, you can build your fitness from the basics with me, you can learn how to use the kettlebell correctly, you can be strong and dynamic! In my private lessons, we develop your awareness, to recognize your difficulties, and to improve your communication with others! Get to know yourself and your body! I have been working in the world of boxing for more than ten years. I started as a hobbyist, I went to training just for the joy of exercise. In Szeged, I learned the basics of the sport under the supervision of László Gál, and this is where I really fell in love with this form of exercise. Then I continued with János Vona, former national team captain, in Budapest. I also started coaching under his guidance more than five years ago, since then education has become my priority. I also acted as a boxing judge. If you want to relieve the stress of everyday life in a good-spirited group, I look forward to seeing you!

I encountered the art of Muay Thai more than 30 years ago. First as a competitor, then as a coach. From 2016, I led the adult national team to the European and World Championships as vice-captain. In my association, I was able to deal with adult amateur and professional Hungarian champions. My competitors have successfully participated in international professional galas, Muay Thai and K1 systems. Muay Thai does not work without 'holy madness'. I lead training sessions in both English and German from early in the morning until 2:00 p.m.

I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 1997, I went to my first capoeira training at the Senzala school, of which I am still a proud member. The group played a significant role in the development of today's capoeira teaching methodology, thus influencing the teaching techniques used by other groups. I got my instructor's belt in Rio and came to Hungary in 2013. Since then, I have taken two additional levels, obtaining the title of Professor in 2016. In capoeira, there is a long way to the master's degree, approx. 25-30 years of work, in addition to teaching, I am also constantly learning.

Thai Boxing
Thai boxing (also known as Muay thai) is a bare-handed martial art from Thailand, which is also called the science of the eight limbs, because during the fight the boxer can use not only her fists, but also her legs, knees and elbows.
Fitness training, bodyweight training
As part of fitness training, we develop muscles, increase endurance and flexibility with specially prepared, varied exercises. It is ideal for regular athletes and beginners, as well as for office workers. While it is a perfect supplement and strength development for athletes, it can also help people who does sport to gain a stronger physique, a slimmer, more toned figure and a better sense of well-being.
No contact thai boxing for ladies
If you don't want to be hit and you wouldn't like to hit others, you have the opportunity to try Thai boxing without contact (wrestling) on the Women's Fit Thai Boxing classes. It is also perfect for shaping and improving endurance, and a great stress reliever!
Capoeira
Capoeira is a martial art of Afro-Brazilian origin, with a very wide technical repertoire, characterized by kicks, punches, takedowns and acrobatic movements accompanied by music. It develops movement coordination, flexibility and deep muscles in an extraordinary way.
